Chicken Sandwiches are an all-time favorite snack/breakfast recipe. This is liked by everyone, So try out a new version of Chicken Masala Sandwich which is very simple and easy to make. It can be a treat to your taste buds.


2-3 tbsp oil
2 tsp chopped ginger
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 chopped green chilies
1 chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
freshly chopped coriander
2 tsp tomato sauce
1 chopped capsicum
250 gms chicken minced, boiled
1 tsp garam masala
4 bread slices
2 tbsp Butter


For chicken masala:

Take a pan and heat, add 2-3 tablespoon oil, add 2 tablespoons chopped ginger, 2 tablespoons chopped garlic, 2 chopped green chilies and mix well.

Add 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, salt as per taste, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, freshly chopped coriander, 2 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 finely chopped capsicum, 250 gms boiled chicken mince, 1 tsp garam masala, mix well and let it cook.

For sandwich:

Heat the grill pan and grease it with butter.

Apply butter to the bread slices and grill it from both the sides till it becomes crisp golden brown.

Spread little tomato sauce on the grilled bread slices and top it with the prepared chicken masala.

Place the other bread slice over the masala and cut it into halves.

Serve it hot with some tomato sauce.
