Aloo Paneer Tikki Ingredients

For the Aloo mixture:
2 potatoes/aloo, boiled and mashed
1 chili pepper, finely chopped
½ teaspoon garlic ginger paste
2 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
¼ cup cornmeal
½ teaspoon salt

For Aloo Paneer Tikki Paneer filling

1¼ cups breaded/grated cottage cheese
½ teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
½ teaspoon cashmere red chili powder
¼ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon chaat masala
2 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
2 tablespoons mint/pudding, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon salt
roasting oil

Aloo Paneer Tikki Instructions

First, in a large bowl, take 2 boiled potatoes and mashed potatoes.
Add 1 chili pepper, ½ teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste, 2 tablespoons of coriander, ¼ cup of cornmeal, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
now in another bowl, take 1¼ cups of paneer.
Add ½ teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste, ½ teaspoon of chili powder, ¼ teaspoon of cumin powder, ½ teaspoon of chaat masala.
Also add 2 tablespoons of coriander, 2 tablespoons of mint and ¼ teaspoon of salt.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.  The filling of the paneer is ready.
Oil your hand with oil and pinch a mixture of aloo.
Flatten slightly making sure there is enough space.
Now place a prepared prepared bread pan about the size of a filling ball in the center.
Wrap well and seal.
Now flatten the Tikki slightly.
eat the oil in a pan and fry over medium heat.
Turn once the base is golden.
Fry on both sides until golden.
Finally, taste the Tikki aloo paneer with tomato sauce and green chutney.
