2 (10 inches) flour tortillas

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 small onion

3 ounces cream cheese

1/2 red bell pepper

1 teaspoon minced jalapeno peppers

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 can black beans


1. Start frying the tortillas into the oven over each side for 15 minutes,

until well heated through. Into a medium skillet heat up some olive oil

over medium heat. Add garlic, jalapenos, onion, bell pepper, and cook

for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. After that, add beans into the skillet, and cook for another 3 minutes.

Cut cream cheese into small cubes before adding it to the skillet, and

season with some pepper and salt. Now, it’s time to add some cilantro

into the mixture, and some more seasoning if needed.

3. Pour the mixture over each warmed tortilla, and slowly roll it up

before serving them.
